What happens if you can’t attend our auction?

At Cain Auctions we understand that you sometimes may not be able to attend our auctions. We therefore offer our clients a remote bidding service to make sure you don’t miss out on the properties we have on offer.

Types of remote bidding services:

• Telephone: a member of the auctions team will call you live in the auction room and you instruct us to bid for you
• Internet: this allows you to view the auction live and bid online in real time
• Proxy: you can authorise the Auctioneer to bid on your behalf to a specified amount

How to register for remote bidding

Register to bid online. In order to successfully register for remote bidding you will need to provide us with the following information:

• Details of all bidders/buyers/deposit payers
• Identification documents
• Details of your solicitor
